Christophe Castaner : un cabinet mixte

Le nouveau ministre de l’Intérieur a fait le choix d’un mixte entre anciens conseillers de Gérard Collomb, nouvelles têtes et certains de ses ex-collaborateurs.

Christophe Castaner a complété son équipe. La semaine dernière, le Journal officiel a annoncé les nominations du directeur et du chef de cabinet du nouveau ministre de l’Intérieur. Stéphane Bouillon, ex-préfet de la région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, a pris le premier rôle. Tandis que Mathias Ott, ex-chef de cabinet de la ministre de la santé Agnès Buzyn, a endossé le second. Aujourd’hui, le JO fait part de nouvelles nominations et vient confirmer certains anciens collaborateurs de Gérard Collomb dans leurs fonctions.

Et là encore, le Sud-Est est pourvoyeur d’experts. Ainsi, Magali Charbonneau rejoint-elle la place Beauvau au titre de directrice adjointe du cabinet de Christophe Castaner. Elle était jusque-là secrétaire générale de la préfecture des Bouches-du-Rhône. A noter par ailleurs que Laurent Nunez, secrétaire d’Etat auprès du ministre de l’Intérieur, a désigné comme directeur de cabinet Etienne Stoskopf. L’homme oeuvrait auparavant comme préfet délégué pour la défense et la sécurité… du Rhône.

Par ailleurs, Christophe Castaner a appelé auprès de lui celle qui fut sa cheffe de cabinet lorsqu’il était secrétaire d’Etat chargé des relations avec le Parlement. Clémence Lecoeur ne va pas changer outre mesure de spécialité puisqu’elle va s’occuper des relations avec le Parlement. Christophe Castaner a également comme collaborateur Oliver Gerstlé, qui était directeur de cabinet en qualité de porte-parole du gouvernement. Olivier Gerstlé devient conseiller en charge de la communication.

D’anciens collaborateurs de Gérard Collomb continueront enfin de servir le ministère de l’Intérieur. Grégoire Dulin reste conseiller justice, sous Christophe Castaner donc. L’homme est l’ancien procureur de Villefranche. Il avait rejoint l’an dernier la place Beauvau. Soit la même année que Simon Fetet, conseiller budgétaire, administration territoriale de l’Etat, modernisation et collectivités locales. Le poste de celui qui a fait ses gammes à la Cour des Comptes est désormais intitulé conseiller budget et administration territoriale de l’Etat. Christophe Castaner a également renouvelé le spécialiste de la diplomatie : Frédéric Jung et la conseillère libertés publiques, asile, immigration, intégration et cultes, Pauline Pannier. Enfin, Arthur Empereur est toujours la patte digitale de place Beauvau, en tant que conseiller en charge de la communication numérique.
