Agence France-Muséums : Lagumina succède à Ladreit de Lacharrière
Sandra Lagumina, ancienne d'Engie, prend la présidence du conseil d'administration de l'Agence internationale des musées de France. Elle est parallèlement chez Meridiam.

Sandra Lagumina poursuit sa carrière en dehors d'Engie. En novembre 2017, elle a rejoint Meridiam, société spécialisée dans le développement, le financement et la gestion de projets d’infrastructures publiques, en tant que directrice générale en charge de la gestion d’actifs. Le 9 novembre de cette année, elle a été élue à la présidence du conseil d'administration de l’Agence France-Muséums. Sandra Lagumina succède ainsi à Marc Ladreit de Lacharrière, membre de l’Institut, ambassadeur de bonne volonté de l’UNESCO et désormais président d’honneur de l’Agence France-Muséums, qui avait assuré cette fonction pendant dix ans, de la création de l’Agence en 2007 jusqu’à l’ouverture du Louvre Abu Dhabi.
"Spécialement créée pour mettre en œuvre les engagements de la France relatifs au projet du Louvre Abu Dhabi, l’Agence France-Muséums a été pensée dès l’origine comme un outil pionnier et exemplaire pour structurer l’expertise des grandes institutions culturelles partenaires du projet. Pendant plus de dix ans, l’Agence a accompagné la préfiguration du projet dans toutes les phases successives ayant conduit avec succès à l’ouverture du musée le 11 novembre 2017", fait valoir le communiqué du jour. "Avec la nomination de Sandra Lagumina, qui intervient au moment même où le Louvre Abu Dhabi célèbre sa première année de fonctionnement, la France indique clairement son attachement à voir perdurer et encore se renforcer les excellentes relations qui se sont tissées au fil des années entre les institutions culturelles et muséales françaises de tout premier plan, réunies au sein de l’Agence France-Muséums, et notre partenaire émirien", a commenté le nouveau ministre de la Culture, Franck Riester.
Depuis l’ouverture du musée, l’Agence France-Muséums poursuit ses missions en concentrant désormais son activité sur trois facettes essentielles de la coopération entre le Louvre Abu Dhabi et les musées partenaires : la coordination des prêts des musées français qui vont se poursuivre jusqu’en 2027, l’organisation et la production de quatre expositions temporaires par an jusqu’en 2032 et l’organisation de formations avec les musées partenaires français à destination des professionnels du Louvre Abu Dhabi.
Sandra Lagumina (ENA promotion René Char) a débuté sa carrière au Conseil d’Etat en 1995. Pendant dix ans, elle a occupé divers postes au sein de la haute fonction publique et en cabinets ministériels avant d’entamer, en 2005, un parcours au sein du secteur énergétique français qui la conduit, en 2013, au poste de directeur général de GRDF puis à celui de directrice générale adjointe d’Engie en charge de plusieurs business units. Elle est par ailleurs présidente du conseil d’administration du Conservatoire national supérieur de musique et de danse de Paris.
