Arielle Malard de Rothschild cooptée à la Foncière Lyonnaise
La gérante est arrivée au conseil d'administration l'an dernier. Alexandra Rocca, qui œuvre chez Air Liquide, lui a emboîté le pas en février. Elles ont pris la suite de deux administratrices.

Les actionnaires de Société Foncière Lyonnaise devront ratifier deux cooptations lors de la prochaine assemblée générale. La première concerne Arielle Malard de Rothschild, qui est arrivée au conseil d'administration en juillet dernier, en remplacement d'Anne-Marie de Chalambert démissionnaire. Le mandat de cette dernière arrivant cette année à échéance, les porteurs de parts doivent donc acter le renouvellement de celui d'Arielle Malard de Rothschild, pour une durée de trois ans.
Arielle Malard de Rothschild est titulaire d’un doctorat en sciences économique de l’IEP de Paris et d’un DEA en monnaie banque finances à l’université Paris II Assas. En 1989 elle entre chez Lazard Frères & Co au sein de l’équipe de conseil aux gouvernements étrangers. Dix ans plus tard, elle fonde Rothschild Conseil International – dont elle devient directrice générale adjointe – entité spécialisée dans le conseil financier aux marchés émergents. Depuis 2006 elle est gérante de Rothschild & Cie (SCS). Elle est également membre du conseil de surveillance et du comité des risques de Rothschild & Co (SCA) et administratrice du groupe Lucien Barrière. Outre son parcours professionnel, elle est mère de trois enfants, qu'elle a eu avec Édouard de Rothschild (pour lire son portrait, cliquez-ici).
Les actionnaires de la Société Foncière Lyonnaise vont également devoir ratifier la nomination d'Alexandra Rocca. Cette dernière a pris en février la suite de Sylvia Desazars de Montgailhard, également démissionnaire. Alexandra Rocca est diplômée d’HEC, de l’IEP de Paris et titulaire d’une licence de lettres modernes. Après avoir débuté sa carrière dans le groupe Printemps de 1986 à 1990, Alexandra Rocca a passé 11 ans chez Air Liquide entre 1990 et 2001. Elle a notamment été en charge de la communication de la filiale Santé, de la gestion de la marque Air Liquide à l’international avant de devenir directrice adjointe de la communication du groupe. En 2001, elle prend le titre de directrice de la communication des Galeries Lafayette avant de rejoindre de 2005 à 2010 le groupe Crédit Agricole où elle est successivement nommée directrice de la communication de LCL puis directrice de la communication de Crédit Agricole. En 2010, elle est nommée à la tête de la direction de la communication de Lafarge où elle reste jusqu’en 2015. Elle arrive alors chez Sanofi pour y devenir directrice de la communication. Alexandra Rocca est depuis 2018 directrice de la communication d'Air Liquide.
