Le cabinet d’avocats Rossi-Bordes se renforce en contentieux

Rossi-Bordes & Associés, cabinet d’avocats d’affaires spécialisé en conseil et contentieux des affaires, accélère son développement avec la nomination d’Éric Boillot en qualité d’associé, aux côtés de Fritz Rossi, Dominique Bordes, Juliette Bertrand, France Portmann et Armel d’Aboville.

Éric Boillot est un expert reconnu en matière de contentieux des affaires et procédures AMF, qui bénéficie de plus de 20 ans d’expérience dans ces domaines. Titulaire d’un DEA de droit des affaires et droit économique, il a commencé sa carrière chez Courtois Lebel, avant de rejoindre Rambaud Martel (2000-2006), puis Simmons & Simmons où il exerçait en tant qu’associé depuis 2010. Au cours des dernières années, il est intervenu dans plusieurs dossiers de premier plan en droit financier, notamment les litiges induits par la crise de liquidité de 2008 et la fraude Madoff, ainsi que de nombreuses procédures boursières AMF telles que les affaires EADS, Wendel Saint Gobain, EIM, OFI, Elliott Management, Air France-KLM, et plus récemment Cybergun.

Créé en 2012, Rossi-Bordes & Associés est un cabinet d’avocats d’affaires indépendant intervenant dans tous les domaines de la vie des affaires, en conseil et en contentieux, aux côtés des entreprises, de leurs dirigeants et de leurs partenaires. Basé à Paris et à Londres, le cabinet accompagne ses clients à chaque étape de leur développement en leur proposant une offre globale et complémentaire de services en matière de fusions-acquisitions, droit des sociétés, droit commercial, contentieux, arbitrage, droit de la propriété intellectuelle et des nouvelles technologies, droit immobilier.
