Thomas Devedjian quitte Suez pour Diot-Siaci / Il prend la direction générale corporate stratégie et développement

Le directeur financier et membre du comité exécutif du groupe présidé par Sabrina Soussan va devenir directeur général corporate stratégie et développement du courtier en assurance.

Belle prise pour Diot-Siaci. Un an et demi seulement après son arrivée chez Suez, Thomas Devedjian quittera ses fonctions de directeur financier le 31 octobre prochain pour rejoindre le spécialiste du courtage en assurance. Il y prendra en effet les fonctions de directeur général corporate stratégie et développement. Sous sa houlette se trouveront les fonctions finance, stratégie, digital, M & A, juridique et environnement de travail du groupe.

A ce nouveau poste, il succédera ainsi à Frédéric Van Roekeghem qui était en charge de ces fonctions depuis le rapprochement entre Diot et Siaci Saint Honoré en 2021, après avoir dirigé MSH, la filiale dédiée à la mobilité internationale pendant sept ans. Ce dernier ne quitte pas la société de courtage en assurance pour autant puisqu’il conserve sa mission de conseiller de la présidence et membre du comité stratégique coprésidé par Pierre Donnersberg et Christian Burrus. Comité au sein duquel Thomas Devedjian va également faire son entrée. Il va en outre intégrer le comité exécutif de Diot-Siaci, présidé, pour rappel par le directeur général du groupe, Cédric Charpentier.

Pour mémoire, énarque (promotion Cyrano de Bergerac), diplômé d’HEC et de Sciences Po, Thomas Devedjian a débuté sa carrière en 2002 au sein de la Direction Générale du Trésor à Bercy avant d’entrer, comme conseiller technique, aux cabinets des différents ministres de l’Economie, des Finances et de l’Industrie entre 2004 et 2006, à savoir Nicolas Sarkozy, Hervé Gaymard et Thierry Breton.

Devenu directeur adjoint en charge des investissements d’Eurazeo, il rejoindra en 2009 le Fonds Stratégique d’Investissement (FSI, devenu Bpifrance Investissements) en tant que directeur en charge des investissements, du suivi des participations et membre du comité exécutif. Avant d’intégrer Suez en 2022, il officiait depuis six ans chez Eramet d’abord en qualité de directeur délégué et membre du comité exécutif puis comme directeur général adjoint, en charge des finances, des systèmes d’information et des achats.

Si l’on devrait connaître prochainement le nom de son successeur chez Suez, l’on notera cependant que Sébastien Ritleng, ex-Unibail Rodamco-Westfield, a été nommé, en juillet dernier, senior vice president finance, en charge notamment du contrôle de gestion, de la comptabilité et de systèmes d’information.
