Alerte : Moody’s et Fitch Ratings ne dégradent pas la France
L’agence de notation Moody’s a maintenu la note Aa2 de la France. La perspective associée à cette notation est toujours "stable". Il en est de même pour Fitch Ratings qui attribue la note AA- à l’Hexagone avec une perspective stable.
"La note de la France est soutenue par son économie riche et diversifiée, dont les tendances démographiques sont favorables", soulignent les analystes de Moody’s, qui jugent que les réformes structurelles amorcées ont commencé à s’attaquer à des défis tels que le chômage élevé et l’affaiblissement de la compétitivité.
S’ils déplorent que "les progrès dans la réduction durable du déficit budgétaire et de la dette publique [soient] limités", les analystes de Moody’s estiment que le faible coût de la dette hexagonale par rapport à ses pairs continue de soutenir le profil de crédit de la France, ce "bien que le resserrement de la politique monétaire entraîne une augmentation progressive des charges d’intérêts".
