Une nouvelle présidente au Comex de Mirabaud & Cie
Camille Vial, associée gérante, endossera le rôle en juillet 2019. Elle représente la 7ème génération de la famille fondatrice du Groupe.

En juillet 2019, Camille Vial prendra la présidence du Comex de Mirabaud & Cie. La fille de Thierry Fauchier-Magnan, représente la 7ème génération de la famille fondatrice du groupe. À la présidence, elle succédera à Antonio Palma, actuel CEO de Mirabaud & Cie. "Associée gérante depuis janvier 2012 et membre du comité exécutif de la banque, Camille Vial possède toutes les qualités et les compétences nécessaires pour exceller à la fonction de Présidente du Comité exécutif de la Banque. Après 10 années à ce poste passionnant, j’ai choisi de passer la main. Je demeurerai encore au Collège des Associés gérants pour assurer la transition jusqu’au 31 décembre 2019", a-t-il expliqué. Âgée de 41 ans, Camille Vial préside le comité d’investissement du groupe ainsi que le comité de responsabilité sociale de l’entreprise (RSE). Titulaire d’un master en mathématiques de l’École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), elle a commencé sa carrière chez Mirabaud en 2001.
Ainsi, dès le 1er janvier, le comité exécutif de Mirabaud & Cie (SA), qui se réunit de manière hebdomadaire, sera composé de six membres. Mais comment fonctionne la gouvernance chez Mirabaud ? Ledit Comex est celui de la banque privée suisse. Mirabaud Asset Management et Mirabaud Securities disposent également de leur propre comité exécutif, chargé chacun de la mise en œuvre de la stratégie décidée par le Collège des associés gérants pour les métiers d’asset management et d’intermédiation.
En tout, le groupe compte quatre associés gérants, qui sont, par ordre de séniorité, Yves Mirabaud (Associé gérant Senior), Antonio Palma, Lionel Aeschlimann et Camille Vial. "A la fois propriétaires et dirigeants, les Associés gérants s’impliquent personnellement dans la stratégie du Groupe et veillent à ce que les actifs des clients soient gérés avec le même souci de pérennité que leur entreprise", explique la société. Ils seront rejoints en janvier par Nicolas Mirabaud et Michael Palma, actuellement tous deux associés commanditaires et membres du comité exécutif de Mirabaud & Cie SA. Ce Collège définit la stratégie du groupe et de ses différentes lignes de métier (Wealth Management, Asset Management et Securities). Dès le 1er janvier 2019 les associés gérants seront donc : Yves Mirabaud, Antonio Palma, Lionel Aeschlimann, Camille Vial, Nicolas Mirabaud et Michael Palma.
Le Collège des associés gérants a également nommé en tant qu’associé commanditaire Thiago Frazao, responsable du marché Amérique latine pour le Wealth Management. Il rejoint Etienne d’Arenberg, associé commanditaire et responsable du marché UK pour le Wealth Management.
