Lafarge fait monter deux directeurs à son comité exécutif
Feliciano González Muñoz, le directeur des ressources humaines et Keith Carr, directeur juridique et de la Conformité rejoignent la haute instance.

"Dans le cadre du renforcement de son organisation agile et axée sur le marché, LafargeHolcim promeut ses fonctions juridiques et ressources humaines au Comité exécutif", a annoncé le groupe le 19 décembre. Ainsi, Keith Carr et Feliciano González Muñoz ont-ils intégré la haute instance ce mois-ci. De nationalité britannique, le premier a rejoint LafargeHolcim en 2017. "Sa nomination reflète la volonté de l'entreprise de continuer à développer une culture de l'intégrité et de la conformité", précise l'entreprise. Tandis que pour sa part, Feliciano González Muñoz, DRH, est de nationalité espagnole. Il a occupé pendant plus de 11 ans des postes de direction en ressources humaines au sein de l'entreprise. Il se concentrera sur l'édification d'une culture de haute performance et sur le développement des talents à l'échelle mondiale. "Je suis heureux d'accueillir Keith et Feliciano au sein du Comité exécutif. Ces nominations soulignent l'attention accrue que nous portons aux collaborateurs et à l'intégrité et permettront d'assurer un bon équilibre entre les opérations et les fonctions support au sein de la direction du Groupe", a commenté Jan Jenisch, directeur général.
Par ailleurs, la fonction Croissance & Performance, actuellement dirigée par Urs Bleisch, sera organisée en trois Centres d'excellence. Ces derniers relèveront directement des directeurs de Région. "Il en résultera une organisation plus agile, plus proche des marchés et offrant des plates-formes mondiales solides pour le partage des meilleures pratiques éprouvées", fait valoir LafargeHolcim. Il est indiqué qu'Urs Bleisch, qui avait pris son poste remanié en 2018, a décidé de quitter le comité exécutif : "Il facilitera la transition vers la nouvelle organisation et sera en charge d’initiatives ciblées".
En tout, le comité exécutif compte désormais neuf membres, contre huit précédemment. Le DG évidemment et les deux nouveaux promus en font partie. Le juridique et la conformité ainsi que les RH viennent ainsi rejoindre une autre fonction dite support : la direction financière. Celle-ci est incarnée par Géraldine Picaud. Cette dernière a rejoint le groupe l'an passé. Elle était auparavant chez Essilor, groupe qui a fusionné depuis avec Luxottica.
Sont à leurs côtés, les directeurs de régions évoqués un peu plus haut. Il s'agit de Marcel Cobuz, directeur Europe, Miljan Gutovic, directeur Afrique Moyen-Orient, et René Thibault, directeur Amérique du Nord qui sont tous les trois à leurs postes depuis 2018. A l'époque, nouveau directeur général, Jan Jenisch avait renouvelé les équipes et resserré le comité exécutif. D'ailleurs, René Thibault, directeur Amérique du Nord est à ce poste-là depuis décembre 2017. Enfin, Martin Kriegner, directeur Asie-Pacifique et Oliver Osswald, directeur Amérique latine, ont été confirmés lors du précédent grand remaniement puisqu'ils opèrent à ces mêmes sièges depuis août 2016.
