La fille de l’égérie d’Yves Saint-laurent nommée au conseil du Monde
Selon les informations obtenues par WanSquare, le conseil de surveillance de la Société Editrice du Monde vient de coopter Maxime Catroux, fille de Betty Catroux, à la demande du veuf de Pierre Bergé.

Nomination insolite au conseil de surveillance du Monde. Selon les informations obtenues par WanSquare auprès de la société qui édite le grand quotidien du soir, Maxime Catroux, qui est éditrice chez Flammarion et dont la mère Betty Catroux était l’une des deux égéries d’Yves Saint-Laurent avec Loulou de la Falaise, vient d’être cooptée à la demande de Madison Cox, le veuf de Pierre Bergé.
Maxime Catroux est l’une des deux filles de Betty Catroux, qu’Yves Saint-Laurent considérait comme "sa sœur" et de François Catroux, décorateur d’intérieur et lui-même petit-fils du Général Georges Catroux, qui fût le premier haut gradé de l’armée française à se rallier au Général de Gaulle à Londres.
Cette nomination montre que, même après le décès de Pierre Bergé, son influence continue d’imprégner le conseil de surveillance du Monde. Il est prévu que les deux autres actionnaires de contrôle Matthieu Pigasse et Xavier Niel rachètent les parts de la succession Pierre Bergé. Mais en plusieurs parties et selon un calendrier établi à l’avance. C’est ce qui explique que son veuf ait encore le droit d’être représenté au conseil de surveillance.
