Bébéar et Dentressangle derrière Lafonta
Selon les informations obtenues par WanSquare auprès de sources bancaires, la société HLD créée par Jean-Bernard Lafonta, l'ancien président du directoire de Wendel, avec Philippe Donnet, l'ancien patron des activités japonaises d'Axa, et le spécialiste du private equity, Jean-Philippe Hecketsweiler, dispose désormais de 10 millions d'euros de fonds propres après les apports récemment opérés par Claude Bébéar et par Norbert Dentressangle, devenus tous deux administrateurs de la société d'investissement. Parmi les nouveaux membres du conseil d'HLD on note également la présence de Christian Gueugnier, l'un des fondateurs de la Financière de l'Echiquier. En dehors de ces mandataires sociaux, les familles Decaux et Ricard sont souvent citées pour être proches de Jean-Bernard Lafonta et faire partie de ses soutiens financiers. Rappelons que HLD a fait son premier investissement il y a un mois en entrant au capital de la société Filorga présente sur le marché très porteur de la médecine esthétique. En 2007, les laboratoires Filorga ont lancé à destination du grand public une gamme de 15 références aux formules novatrices et aux ingrédients high-tech issus de l'expertise du laboratoire en matière de vieillissement cutané.
