L’un des tombeurs de Ghosn au conseil de l’immobilière Dassault

Michel Seydoux ayant vendu ses parts dans la société foncière, c’est son neveu Henri Seydoux qui les a rachetées. Et c’est son directeur général, Jean-Baptiste Duzan, administrateur de Nissan, qui va le remplacer au conseil de surveillance de l’Immobilière Dassault.

En début d’année la société FMS de Michel Seydoux, frère de Jérôme (Pathé) et de Nicolas (Gaumont) a cédé les 7,1 % du capital qu’il détenait au capital de l’Immobilière Dassault. Ses actions ont été rachetées par la société Horizon appartenant à Henri Seydoux, fils de Jérôme, fondateur de l’entreprise Parrot qui détient maintenant près de 10 % de la société foncière.
Naturellement Michel Seydoux a démissionné du conseil de surveillance de l’Immobilière Dassault le 18 mars dernier. Et l’assemblée générale des actionnaires de la société qui se tiendra le 13 mai prochain sera invitée à coopter Jean-Baptiste Duzan, le directeur général de la société Horizon au conseil de surveillance de la prestigieuse société foncière.
Pour beaucoup Jean-Baptiste Duzan est un inconnu. Ce polytechnicien de 72 ans, également diplômé de la London School of Economics a commencé sa carrière à la Citybank avant de rejoindre les services financiers de Renault Trucks, puis d’être vice-président de Diac, l’organisme de crédit de Renault. En 1986 il a été nommé directeur financier de la firme au losange, dont il a pris sa retraite en juin 2009. À la même date, il a été coopté comme administrateur de Nissan représentant Renault. Et lors du conseil d’administration de Nissan qui s’est tenu juste après l’arrestation de Carlos Ghosn en novembre dernier, sa main n’a pas tremblé lorsqu’il a dû voter en faveur de la destitution de l’ancien patron de Renault-Nissan.
Comble du hasard : au conseil de l’Immobilière Dassault, il va se retrouver assis aux côtés de Christian Peugeot, le représentant de la famille Peugeot, concurrent historique de Renault.
