Yomoni recrute deux pointures de la finance
La société de gestion en ligne a annoncé la nomination de Didier Le Menestrel en tant que Président non exécutif et Philippe Vayssette, comme Senior Advisor.

Yomoni fait évoluer sa gouvernance en annonçant ce matin le recrutement de deux grands noms de la finance. La société de gestion 100% en ligne créée en 2015, à l'origine pour démocratiser la gestion d'actifs auprès des petits épargnants, a ainsi désigné Didier Le Menestrel en tant que Président non exécutif et Philippe Vayssette, comme Senior Advisor.
Didier Le Menestrel, fondateur de la Financière de l'Échiquier, vendue à Primonial en mars dernier, était déjà actionnaire de Yomoni. Le président de Yomoni, Sébastien d'Ornano, aux commandes depuis avril 2016, est d'ailleurs lui-même un ancien de la Financière de l'Échiquier, où il a passé douze années, notamment en tant que directeur des opérations. C'est donc son ancien patron qui devient Président non exécutif de Yomoni, qu'il aura pour mission d'accompagner dans le développement stratégique de ses solutions de gestion à destination des particuliers et des réseaux établis. Réseaux que Didier Le Menestrel connaît parfaitement, fort de ses presque 30 ans à la tête de la Financière.
De son côté Philippe Vayssettes, précédemment à la tête de Neuflize OBC, puis de Milleis (ex-Barclays France) devra aider la société de gestion digitale à se positionner comme un acteur clef sur le marché français du conseil français à destination des patrimoines compris entre 100.000 euros et 2 millions.
Quatre ans et demi après sa création, Yomoni approche les 200 millions d'euros d'encours avec plus de 15.000 mandats gérés. En recrutant deux spécialistes de la gestion privée, la société entend accélérer son développement notamment auprès des patrimoines plus importants.
