Allemagne : la grande coalition n'a pas de réponse convaincante
Le monde économique déplore l'enchaînement de conflits au sein de la grande coalition qui monopolisent, selon lui, énergie et attention, au détriment des sujets de fond.

Nouveau rebondissement dans l'affaire Hans-Georg Maassen, le patron du renseignement allemand qui fait trembler la grande coalition d'Angela Merkel. Il a finalement été démis de ses fonctions, ce mardi, en raison du scandale où il était accusé de collusion avec les extrémistes. Si son poste à l'Office de protection de la constitution va être offert à un tiers, Hans-Georg Maassen se voit proposer un autre titre : celui de secrétaire d'État au ministère de l'Intérieur, lui qui avait été justement défendu par le ministre Horst Seehofer. " La Grande coalition est de nouveau sauvée ", se félicite le Handelsblatt… avant d'ajouter " au moins dans l'immédiat ".
Car il y a bien un problème : cette nomination est perçue par certains comme une promotion… " il gagne même plus d'argent qu'avant ", souligne ainsi le quotidien. Résultat : " au sein du SPD, beaucoup restent sans voix – en particulier les représentants de l'aile gauche. On parle d'humour noir. Un membre du parti s'évade par l'humour : 'Nous sommes comme cela. Nous nous mettons toujours du côté du travailleur' ". Certains réclament la démission d'Horst Seehofer, comme la représentante du SPD au Bundestag, Natascha Kohnen. Kevin Kühnert, membre des jeunes socialistes, considère la solution proposée comme " une claque dans le visage " : " un patron du renseignement, qui diffuse des théories du complot d'extrême droite et les défend n'est évidemment pas éligible à une fonction publique et doit donc prendre sa retraite ! ", estime-t-il dans les colonnes du Rheinische Post.
Du côté de la CSU, en Bavière, Markus Söder se montre " fondamentalement soulagé ", rapporte le Handelsblatt. Il appelle les dirigeants à " un nouvel élan " pour rebondir après le scandale. Le FDP, en la personne de Christian Lindner, réagit, à l'inverse, de manière très critique envers la décision du gouvernement, voyant une " pseudo-solution " : " soit on fait confiance, soit on ne fait pas confiance ". En bref, la crise politique n'est pas complètement résolue…
Pourtant, " le monde économique attend un travail de fond de la part de la GroKo, au lieu de conflits ", rapporte le Handelsblatt. " Les conflits internes se superposent sur les premiers mois du gouvernement fédéral. Négligeant des thèmes importants, met en garde le monde économique ". Reinhold von Eben-Worlée, président de l'association des entrepreneurs familiaux y voit une nouvelle " tempête dans un verre d'eau ". " Alors que c'est le calme plat sur de nombreux thèmes importants ". Parmi ces derniers : la perte de compétitivité de l'Allemagne, notamment sur le digital. Ou encore le coût de l'électricité dans le pays. Idem pour les conflits sociaux : " la grande coalition n'a pas de réponse convaincante ", affirme-t-il dans le Handelsblatt. Kai Beckmann, de l'association des employeurs de la chimie BAVC estime également que le gouvernement ne va pas " assez en profondeur sur les sujets de fond ".
