Les exportateurs français ont espoir en l'avenir / Plus de huit entreprises sur dix s'attendent à voir leur revenu à l'export augmenter
Même si les exportations en France n'ont augmenté que de 1,5 % en 2023, les entreprises restent très optimistes quant à leurs perspectives. D'après une étude d'Allianz Trade, 84 % d'entre elles envisagent une progression significative de leurs ventes à l'étranger en 2024.

Les crises s'enchaînent et les entreprises françaises conservent une mentalité conquérante pour l'année 2024. Les secteurs visés par cette conquête sont principalement liés à la consommation, si l'on en croit une étude d'Allianz Trade. Cela comprend notamment le commerce de détail, l'équipement ménager, l'informatique et les télécommunications.
Afin de soutenir ces ambitions, 22 % des exportateurs ont pour projet de créer de nouveaux produits et 17 % veulent investir en France et dans les pays dans lesquels ils sont déjà implantés, annonce le rapport d'Allianz Trade. Parmi les 84 % qui aspirent à l'expansion de leurs exportations, une partie (16 %) souhaite aussi cibler de nouveaux marchés afin d'y parvenir.
Cet optimisme croissant prend aussi en compte les différents apports de l'intelligence artificielle. En effet, l'étude avance que 65 % des firmes jugent que cette nouvelle technologie pourrait avoir un "impact significatif [...] sur la productivité de leur entreprise".
Les entreprises espèrent aussi constater une hausse de leur chiffre d'affaires concernant les exportations grâce à une forte augmentation des prix à l'export.
Une anticipation des risques
Cependant, ces firmes gardent à l'esprit la considération des risques potentiels qui pourraient affaiblir leur nombre d'exportations. Parmi ceux-ci, ressortent en tête de liste le non-paiement ainsi que les conflits géopolitiques qui pourraient nuire à leur développement à l'international.
Aylin Somersan Coqui, CEO d'Allianz Trade déclare que "40 % des entreprises interrogées s'attendent à ce que le risque de non-paiement augmente en 2024." En réponse aux conflits géopolitiques actuels, plus de la moitié des entreprises interrogées par Allianz Trade envisagent la délocalisation des chaînes d'approvisionnement, mais ne la mettent néanmoins pas en place. La diversification est donc considérée comme une stratégie clé pour ces chaînes d'approvisionnement. Les firmes se doivent néanmoins de rester prudentes vis-à-vis de ces techniques qui comportent leurs propres risques. Ana Boata, directrice de la recherche économique chez Allianz Trade, indique que la diversification "accroît la complexité et les goulots d'étranglement potentiels".
