L’Amundi Investment Institute débauche chez Société Générale / Guy Stear devient responsable de la stratégie “marchés développés”
Jusqu’ici à la tête de de la recherche Fixed income de la banque de financement et d’investissement de Société Générale, Guy Stear va devenir responsable Stratégie marchés développés de l’Amundi Investment Institute.

Amundi annonce la nomination de Guy Stear en tant que responsable stratégie "marchés développés" au sein de l’Amundi Investment Institute. "Il supervisera les stratégistes marchés développés actions et taux qui fournissent des recommandations de marché, des analyses, et des rapports de recherche aux clients d’Amundi", précise l’entreprise. Pour mémoire, ayant vu le jour il y a deux ans et dirigée par Monica Defend, cette entité regroupe les activités de recherche, de stratégie de marché, de thématique d’investissement et de conseil en allocation d’actifs d’Amundi et répond aux demandes des investisseurs et des clients sur les sujets économiques, financiers, géopolitiques et liés à l’environnement.
Titulaire du CFA, Guy Stear possède également un MBA de l’Insead ainsi qu’un Bachelor of Science de l’Université de Georgetown. Il a commencé sa carrière en tant que stratégiste obligataire et a travaillé à Londres, Paris, Francfort et Zurich pour Thomson Financial et Crédit Suisse.
Avant de rejoindre Amundi, Guy Stear a travaillé pendant 20 ans chez Société Générale où il a occupé différents postes dans les domaines de la stratégie et de la recherche. Il était récemment responsable de la recherche Fixed Income pour Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking. Auparavant, il a été responsable de l’équipe de recherche crédit et marchés émergents de 2015 à 2018 (basé à Paris) et responsable de la recherche Asie de 2010 à 2014 (basé à Hong Kong).
