David Rousset
Le secrétaire général de l’Association Force ouvrière Consommateurs rejoint l’Autorité de la Concurrence / David Rousset intègre le collège
Par décret du Président de la République, cet ex-journaliste est nommé membre du collège de l’Autorité de concurrence, au titre des personnalités choisies en raison de leur compétence en matière économique ou en matière de concurrence et de consommation. Il prend la suite de Jean-Yves Mano, président de l’association de consommateurs CLCV.

La composition du collège de l’Autorité de la concurrence évolue. C’est David Rousset, secrétaire général de l’Association Force ouvrière Consommateurs (Afoc), qui a été nommé pour l’intégrer.
Le collège de l’Autorité se compose de 17 membres au mandat irrévocable. Le président et les quatre vice-présidents exercent leurs fonctions à plein temps, tandis que les 12 autres membres sont non permanents. Les membres sont issus de la sphère publique mais également de la sphère privée : magistrats, professeurs d’université, responsables économiques, représentants d’organisations professionnelles ou d’associations de consommateurs. David Rousset succède à Jean-Yves Mano, président de l’association de consommateurs CLCV.
Journaliste de profession, David Rousset a été rédacteur en chef de la revue FO Hebdo entre 2011 et 2019. Ancien responsable FO de la négociation au sein de la branche des casinos entre 2001 et 2010, il est, depuis l’automne 2019, le secrétaire général de l’Afoc. En parallèle de ses fonctions au sein de cette dernière, David Rousset est membre depuis 2020 du Conseil d’administration de l’institut national de la consommation (INC), du bureau du Conseil national de la consommation (CNC), de la Commission pour la rémunération de la copie privée et du conseil social de l’Union sociale pour l’habitat (USH). Depuis 2024, il est également membre du Conseil national de l’habitat (CNH).
