L’ACPR poursuit sa mue / Un pur produit de la Banque de France propulsé secrétaire général adjoint
Frédéric Hervo a été nommé secrétaire général adjoint de l'Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution. Il remplace Evelyne Massé, devenue première secrétaire générale adjointe cet été.

Les mouvements continuent dans les hautes sphères du gendarme bancaire français. Alors que Patrick Montagner , ex-premier secrétaire général adjoint de l’Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution ( ACPR ), parti à la Banque centrale européenne (BCE) pour devenir un de ses représentants au sein de son conseil de surveillance prudentielle, il a été remplacé par Evelyne Massé, ancienne secrétaire générale adjointe de l'ACPR . On connaît désormais le successeur de cette dernière : il s'agit de Frédéric Hervo .
Diplômé de l'Institut d'études politiques de Paris en 1990, Frédéric Hervo entre à la Banque de France deux ans plus tard en tant qu'opérateur de marché à la direction des marchés de capitaux. Il intègre ensuite la direction des systèmes de paiement et des infrastructures de marché dont il deviendra directeur en 2012.
Frédéric Hervo rejoint l'ACPR à compter de 2016 comme directeur des affaires internationales, où il s'occupe des questions transversales concernant les réglementations prudentielles et comptables dans les secteurs de la banque et de l'assurance. Il devient directeur du contrôle bancaire en 2021 et contribue depuis à la supervision prudentielle notamment au sein du MSU . En qualité de secrétaire général adjoint, Frédéric Hervo aura notamment la charge des sujets relatifs au contrôle du secteur bancaire et suivra également les questions liées aux agréments et autorisations délivrées par l'ACPR .
"La richesse du parcours de Frédéric Hervo et son expertise forte en matière de contrôle bancaire et de stabilité financière sont des atouts précieux pour l'Autorité et pour la supervision dans le cadre du MSU dont nous venons de célébrer le 1 e anniversaire", a commenté Nathalie Aufauvre , secrétaire général de l'ACPR .
