Alerte : la proposition de loi d’abrogation de la réforme des retraites de 2023 n’a pu être mise au vote

La proposition de loi (PPL) déposée par La France Insoumise (LFI), dans le cadre de sa journée annuelle d’initiative parlementaire à l’Assemblée nationale, d’abroger la réforme des retraites de 2023 n’a pas pu être votée. Cette dernière prévoit notamment le report de deux ans de l’âge d’ouverture des droits à la retraite, passant de 62 à 64 ans (à échéance 2030). En outre, la PPL souhaitait revenir sur la réforme “Touraine” de 2014 qui prolonge de 42 à 43 ans la durée de cotisation nécessaire pour obtenir une retraite à taux plein (échéance 2035 ramenée à 2027 dans la réforme de 2023). Discutée depuis jeudi 9 heures en séance publique, la PPL a fait l’objet de près d’un millier d’amendements qui n’ont pu tous être examinés, or les « niches » parlementaires s’arrêtent à minuit. Le gain associé à la réforme de 2023 pour les finances publiques devrait s’élever, à terme, à près d’un point de Produit intérieur brut (PIB) par an, soit environ 30 milliards d’euros, du fait des moindres pensions versées et de l’effet bénéfique sur la croissance économique lié à l’augmentation de l’offre de travail.
