Macron sur TF1 : circulez, il n'y a (presque) rien à voir

Le chef de l'Etat était interviewé ce soir conjointement sur LCI et TF1. Peu d'annonces, et une explication du plan de relance européen laborieusement voté la nuit dernière.

Le chef de l'Etat a passé un long moment à expliquer l'accord européen portant sur un plan de relance de 750 milliards d’euros, financé pour la première fois par un emprunt commun, ainsi que sur un budget pour la période 2021-2027 de 1.074 milliards d’euros.

"En plus de ce budget, nous avons créé pour la première fois de notre histoire, un plan de relance que nous finançons ensemble (…) nous toucherons 40 milliards d’euros sur ce plan de relance" a expliqué le chef de l'Etat en préambule, interrogé par Gilles Bouleau (TF1) et Julien Arnaud (LCI). Il a également été précisé que "le contribuable français" ne paiera "rien."

Deux taxes ont été évoquées par Emmanuel Macron : une taxe carbone et une taxe pour les acteurs numériques afin de rembourser en priorité la dette contractée par l'Union européenne. "Cet impôt européen permettra de rembourser cette dette que nous contractons (…) ce sont des acteurs, des entreprises internationales et européennes et qui ne sont pas assez sollicitées qui vont payer cet impôt européen", a expliqué le chef de l'Etat.

Dans cet entretien d'une trentaine de minutes, Emmanuel Macron a également insisté sur le caractère "historique" d'un tel accord. "Nous nous sommes battus et nous l’avons, c’est le moment le plus important depuis le début de notre Europe et la création de l'euro, je veux que tout le monde en soit conscient" a-t-il conclu.

Cet accord européen, obtenu après plusieurs jours de négociations difficiles, est une victoire diplomatique incontestable du couple franco-allemand. Mais ce n'est pas, cependant, une victoire politique : ni Emmanuel Macron, ni Angela Merkel n'ont réussi à raisonner les pays du nord, ne souhaitant pas "payer" pour les pays du sud. Résultat : loin d'un accord historique, l'Union européenne a accouché dans la douleur d'un accord de compromis face à des pays qui jouent chacun leur partition nationale. Bien loin, donc, d'un accord historique avec une grande solidarité exprimée entre les pays.
