Natixis met son plan à exécution
Début novembre, Natixis a lancé quatre chantiers pour se rendre moins sensible aux soubresauts des marchés financiers, dans le cadre d'une revue stratégique décidée après une série de difficultés provoquées par la crise sanitaire. Les premières conséquences sociales de ce remaniement viennent d'être dévoilées : la filiale cotée du groupe bancaire mutualiste BPCE a lancé un plan de départ volontaire dans ses activités en France. Dévoilé par L'Agefi et confirmé hier soir par l'établissement, il concerne 245 postes.
Ce plan - qui ne comprend aucun départ contraint, affirme Natixis - a été présenté lundi aux organisations syndicales et comporte deux volets : la suppression de 36 postes dans les dérivés actions et la délocalisation de 209 postes de fonctions support à Porto, au Portugal (les salariés français qui verront leurs postes supprimés en raison de cette relocalisation bénéficieront d'une mobilité interne, précise le groupe).
La crise sanitaire et la volatilité des marchés qui s'en est suivi ont causé plusieurs difficultés à Natixis. Sa filiale H2O Asset Management a dû geler certains de ses fonds faute de liquidité, tandis que l'activité de dérivés actions a accusé 320 millions d'euros de pertes au premier semestre, en raison des suspensions et annulations de dividendes décidées par les entreprises cotées. Parmi les mesures correctrices annoncées en novembre figurent la cession de la participation de 50,01% au capital de H2O AM et la réduction de la volatilité des revenus dans les activités de banque de financement et d'investissement (BFI), dont, dans les dérivés actions, l'abandon des produits structurés les plus risqués et le rétrécissement de la base de clients. Natixis veut également baisser ses coûts de 350 millions d'euros à compter de 2024.
Ceci explique ainsi les réductions de postes en France. Natixis a l'intention, depuis quelques années déjà, de faire de son centre de services informatiques de Porto, créé en 2016, un centre multi-expertises pour tous les métiers du groupe - à commencer par la fonction finance.
