Alerte : la motion de censure de la Nupes rejetée à l’Assemblée nationale
Comme cela était prévu, le gouvernement d’Elisabeth Borne n’est pas renversé par une dix-septième motion de censure déposée par la Nupes. En effet, 239 députés ont voté en sa faveur, or il en fallait 289 pour qu'elle soit adoptée.
Pour rappel, le groupe parlementaire d’opposition l’avait déposée en réponse au déclenchement, la semaine dernière, par la présidente de l’Assemblée nationale Yaël Braun-Pivet, de l’article 40 de la Constitution sur l’article 1er de la proposition de loi du groupe LIOT visant à rétablir l’âge d’ouverture des droits à la retraite à 62 ans (son examen avait alors été rendu impossible).
