Alerte : l’Assemblée nationale rejette le projet de loi de finances pour 2025
Sans surprise et grâce aux groupes Droite Républicaine, Démocrates, Horizons, LIOT, UDR, Rassemblement national et Ensemble pour la République, les députés n’ont pas adopté le volet "recettes" du projet de loi de finances pour 2025 (PLF 2025).
C’est donc l'ensemble du projet de loi qui est considéré comme rejeté. Cela signifie que l’Assemblée nationale ne pourra pas discuter la deuxième partie du PLF 2025 (partie dépenses) dans l’hémicycle, qui sera donc elle aussi transmise au Palais du Luxembourg dans sa version initiale.
Pour mémoire, l’aile gauche de l’hémicycle avait considérablement alourdi la permière partie du texte lors de son examen en séance publique, si bien que 35 milliards d’euros de taxes supplémentaires, selon les estimations de l’exécutif, avaient été votés.
