Ancien conseiller “action publique et numérique” du Président de la République, cet ex-secrétaire général adjoint de la Cour des Comptes passé par l’ENA rejoint la practice “Technology and Digital Advantage” du cabinet de conseil en stratégie.

Le bureau français du Boston Consulting Group (BCG) accueille un nouveau “principal”. Il s’agit de Mohammed Adnène Trojette, qui fut conseiller “action publique et numérique” d’Emmanuel Macron, Président de la République. Contacté par WanSquare, le cabinet de conseil en stratégie précise qu’il rejoindra la practice “Technology and Digital Advantage”.
Agé de 41 ans, Mohammed Adnène Trojette est diplômé de Centrale Paris, Sciences Po Paris ainsi que de l’Ecole nationale d’administration (promotion Robert Badinter).
Au sortir de l’institut de formation des hauts fonctionnaires, au sein de laquelle il compte comme condisciples Justine Coutard, directrice de l’aéroport Paris-Orly, Pierre Hausswalt, directeur Stratégie et Transformation du Groupe SNCF, Blandine Sorbe, directrice déléguée audit, contrôle interne et conformité au Comité d’organisation des JO Paris 2024 ou encore Juliette Méadel, ex-secrétaire d’État chargée de l’Aide aux victimes sous la présidence de François Hollande, ce développeur informatique rejoint la Cour des Comptes.
Il sera notamment la plume de son Premier président Didier Migaud entre 2014 et 2016. Il est par la suite co-dirigeant, pendant un an, du Liberté Living-lab, espace dédié à la civictech et aux projets sociétaux, où il a accompagné de nombreuses startups et ONG recourant au numérique (dans les secteurs de l’éducation pour tous, l’emploi pour tous, l’accueil et intégration des réfugiés, etc.).
En 2017, il signe son retour à la Cour des Comptes pour devenir secrétaire général adjoint, ce jusqu’en 2019, date à laquelle il devient conseiller auprès d’Emmanuel Macron ainsi que du Premier ministre Jean Castex, puis d’Elisabeth Borne. Depuis 2022, il était conseiller référendaire à la Cour des Comptes.
