La direction du Budget a un nouveau numéro 2 / Jean-Marc Oléron devient l’adjoint de Mélanie Joder
Cet énarque passé notamment par le Commissariat à l’énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives a été nommé chef de service et adjoint à la directrice du Budget.

Mélanie Joder va pouvoir compter sur Jean-Marc Oléron comme second. Ce dernier a été nommé chef de service et adjoint à la directrice du Budget. Il va se consacrer notamment au pilotage budgétaire, à la politique des jeux d’argent et de hasard et aux questions portant sur l’activité de la direction, rapporte la direction du Budget. Pour mémoire, la direction du Budget est entre autres chargée de proposer une stratégie soutenable des finances publiques, de préparer le budget de l’Etat et de procéder à l'élaboration des projets de lois de finances, en s’efforçant de trouver les marges de manœuvre nécessaires au financement des priorités de l'exécutif.
Jean-Marc Oléron est diplômé de l’Institut d’études politiques et de la faculté de lettres d’Aix-en-Provence ainsi que de l’Ecole nationale d’administration (Promotion République) où il a pu croiser Thomas Cazenave, ministre délégué aux Comptes publics. A sa sortie de l’ENA en qualité d’administrateur civil, il rejoint la direction du Budget où il devient chef du bureau "Défense et mémoire" avant d’être nommé conseiller technique au cabinet de Valérie Pécresse, ministre du Budget, des Comptes publics et de la Réforme de l'État.
Par la suite, il sera directeur financier adjoint au Commissariat à l’énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives puis rejoint le CNRS en tant que directeur de la stratégie financière, de l’immobilier et de la modernisation de la gestion. Il signera son retour à la direction du Budget en 2018 en qualité de sous-directeur en charge notamment des questions culturelles, de la justice, de l’outre-mer et des sports.
