La présidente de la région Île-de-France, désormais candidate LR à l’élection présidentielle à l’issue du vote des militants du parti samedi, va dévoiler au fil des semaines les mesures phare de son programme. WanSquare vous détaille le programme économique de la candidate.

Valérie Pécresse accuse le chef de l’État d’avoir "cramé la caisse" au nom du "quoi qu’il en coûte" et assure, dans un entretien chez nos confrères des Échos, vouloir mener, si elle est élue présidente de la République, "une politique d’offre et de vraie revalorisation du travail." Mais que propose concrètement la candidate sur le plan économique ?
Tout d’abord, elle souhaite une baisse des cotisations sociales, notamment la cotisation vieillesse salariale, qui permettrait une hausse de 10% des salaires nets du secteur privé jusqu’à 2,2 SMIC, d’ici à 2027. Cette proposition s’accompagne d’une baisse de la fiscalité des entreprises, faisable en coupant dans les impôts de production.
Valérie Pécresse souhaite également réformer (beaucoup) : l'une de ses mesures phare concerne la fonction publique, annoncée dès son entrée en campagne dans la primaire. Elle souhaite en effet supprimer 200.000 postes de fonctionnaires afin de redresser les comptes publics et de "recentrer l’Etat sur ses fonctions essentielles : protéger, éduquer, soigner." C’est pour cette raison qu’en même temps que ces suppressions, elle propose la création de 50.000 postes de fonctionnaires pour l’éducation et le régalien. Sur les retraites, la candidate souhaite un report de l’âge de la retraite à 65 ans. Objectif : quinze milliards d’euros d’économie par an. Ces mesures ont essentiellement pour objectif annoncé de ramener la dette "dans des proportions plus supportables, vers 100% du PIB, sur dix ans" selon les mots de la candidate.
Les propositions de Valérie Pécresse concernent également la fiscalité, et notamment le patrimoine. Ainsi, elle souhaite défiscaliser les donations à hauteur de 100.000 euros tous les six ans (contre quinze actuellement), pour créer un "choc de transmission du patrimoine." Autant de propositions pour mettre l’Etat au régime, avec des propositions qui font notamment écho au programme de François Fillon en 2017, largement plébiscité par les électeurs de droite.
