Biljana Kaitovic, nouvelle directrice générale adjointe d'Engie
Engie a annoncé la nomination, à compter du 1er mai 2022, de Biljana Kaitovic au poste de directrice générale adjointe en charge des systèmes d’information et du digital. Elle intégrera à ce titre le comité exécutif et rapportera à Catherine MacGregor, directrice générale de l'énergéticien. "Biljana aura pour priorité d’accélérer la transition digitale de nos activités au service de nos ambitions de croissance et de nos performances opérationnelles", a déclaré Catherine MacGregor.
Biljana Kaitovic succèdera à Yves Le Gélard, qui a fait valoir ses droits à la retraite après 39 ans de carrière. Il a construit son expérience dans le domaine des technologies en travaillant dans des grands groupes internationaux comme IBM, Capgemini, Fujitsu et SAP. Ces postes l’ont conduit à travailler en Europe, au Japon et aux États-Unis. Nommé directeur général adjoint d’Engie en charge des systèmes d’information et du digital en 2016, Yves Le Gélard a mené depuis une profonde refonte de l’infrastructure informatique, puis lancé et déployé la transformation numérique du groupe. "Le travail d’Yves s’est avéré fondamental dans la transition numérique d’Engie", a félicité la directrice générale.
Concernant Biljana Kaitovic, elle a commencé sa carrière en tant qu’ingénieure informatique en Serbie avant de rejoindre la compagnie pétrolière Shell aux Pays-Bas. Elle a occupé plusieurs postes seniors en SI et digital aux États-Unis et aux Pays-Bas, où elle a occupé des fonctions managériales et piloté des projets technologiques et d’informatique industrielle. Dans ses dernières fonctions, elle occupait la fonction de directrice des systèmes d’information au sein de la division Chimie de production de Shell.
"Biljana Kaitovic fera bénéficier à Engie de sa longue expérience à la tête de l’IT et du digital d’un des plus grands groupes énergétiques au monde, où elle a acquis un savoir-faire technologique solide et dirigé d’importants projets de transformation permettant de soutenir les activités industrielles", a souligné Catherine MacGregor.
