Un spécialiste de la lutte contre les fraudes à la tête des Douanes / Florian Colas devient directeur général
Ce trentenaire passé par l’Inspection des finances est nommé directeur général des douanes et des droits indirects. Ex-directeur de cabinet d’Olivier Dussopt, alors ministre délégué aux Comptes publics, Florian Colas était depuis trois ans directeur national du renseignement et des enquêtes douanières.

Les Douanes ont un nouveau patron. Florian Colas a été nommé directeur général des douanes et des droits indirects en remplacement d’Isabelle Braun-Lemaire devenue déléguée interministérielle à l’encadrement supérieur de l’État.
Âgé de 37 ans Florian Colas est diplômé de Sciences Po et de l’École nationale d’administration (promotion Marie Curie), école où Florian Colas a pu croiser Paul Bazin, directeur général adjoint de France Travail, Pierre-Olivier Chotard, secrétaire général du Ciri, Angélique Delorme, directrice générale adjointe du musée du Quai Branly, David Krieff, directeur des systèmes d’information et membre du comité exécutif du groupe ADP ou encore Pascal Confavreux, conseiller presse et porte-parole de l’ambassade de France à Washington, D.C.
À sa sortie de l’ENA, il rejoint l’inspection générale des finances, où il effectue des missions de conseil et d’audit dans le champ de la modernisation des politiques publiques et de la lutte contre la fraude durant quatre ans.
Par la suite, il rejoint le cabinet de Gérald Darmanin, ministre de l’Action et des Comptes publics, où il est d’abord conseiller en charge de la douane et des prélèvements obligatoires, puis directeur adjoint. Dans ses fonctions, il est notamment chargé des chantiers du prélèvement à la source et de la loi relative à la lutte contre la fraude du 23 octobre 2018. Puis, à l’été 2020 il est nommé directeur de cabinet du successeur de Gérald Darmanin, Olivier Dussopt, ministre délégué aux Comptes publics.
En avril 2021, il est nommé directeur national du renseignement et des enquêtes douanières (DNRED), service de renseignement du 1er cercle placé au sein de la direction générale des douanes et droits indirects (DGDDI). À ce poste durant trois ans, il a mobilisé la DNRED dans la mise en œuvre des sanctions européennes décidées dans le cadre du conflit russo-ukrainien et contribué au plan de lutte contre les fraudes et à la loi visant à donner à la douane les moyens de faire face aux nouvelles menaces. En outre, il a engagé une transformation technologique et organisationnelle de la DNRED, intitulée projet "Valmy", et a supervisé la création d’une unité de renseignement fiscal.
